PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EZDTFMaker provides custom DTF (Direct-to-Film) gang sheet printing services.
We print designs exactly as uploaded by the customer.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded artwork is print-ready
- Files must meet our specifications (300 DPI minimum, RGB color mode)
- You warrant that you own or have permission to use all uploaded designs
- You are responsible for any copyright or trademark violations
PRICING AND PAYMENT
- All prices are in USD
- Payment is required at time of order
- We accept major credit cards and payment methods displayed at checkout
- Bulk discounts are automatically applied based on order value
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Artwork quality issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Availability of products
ARTWORK REVIEW
We review all files before printing. If we find issues with your file, we will contact you.
Production begins only after file approval (automatic or manual).
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun (typically within 1 hour of order placement).
Contact us immediately at info@ezdtfmaker.com if you need to make changes.
COLORS AND APPEARANCE
We make every effort to match colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Monitor display differences
- Fabric type and color
- DTF printing process limitations
We are not responsible for minor color variations.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will reprint your order at no charge if the issue is production-related.
We do not offer refunds for customer errors (wrong file uploaded, incorrect size selected, etc.)
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EZDTFMaker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain all rights to your uploaded designs.
We do not claim ownership of customer artwork.
We reserve the right to use order images for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not upload or order:
- Copyrighted material you don't own or have permission to use
- Trademarked logos without authorization
- Offensive, illegal, or harmful content
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
