HEAT PRESS METHOD
1. Preheat to 310°F
2. Press for 12-15 seconds (medium pressure)
3. Peel hot or cold (your choice)
4. Press again for 5 seconds

1. Set to highest heat (cotton setting, no steam)
2. Press firmly for 30-40 seconds
