Copyright & Intellectual Property Agreement

By submitting your designs and checking this box, you agree to the following:

1. Customer Responsibility: You certify you own the artwork or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to use and reproduce the submitted designs for commercial printing by a third party.
2. No Liability for Infringement: EZDTFMAKER.COM is not responsible for verifying intellectual property ownership. The entire burden of determining rights rests solely with you.
3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZDTFMAKER.COM and Prime Print Services LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses (including attorney's fees) arising from any copyright, trademark, or IP violation related to your submitted content.
4. "Print As Is" Policy: We print files exactly as provided. We do not perform content creation, legal clearance, or licensing validation.
5. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe submitted content may violate intellectual property rights or constitutes illegal activity.
6. Consequences of Infringement: Unlicensed use of copyrighted materials can lead to severe legal penalties, for which you will be solely liable.

By placing an order you confirm you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. You also confirm uploaded images are correct — the printer is not responsible for differences in color or artwork quality.
