I have not yet received the items I ordered. This is only my second order with you and I received a call saying that the product was returned to your facility and I find the whole story a bit off. I was told that UPS returned the product without much of a story. It sounds to me like either the label fell off wasn’t adhered properly or perhaps was accidentally shipped without a label. However, it could’ve been UPS’s error but your representative could not give me a definitive answer. I was told I would need to pay additional shipping to receive the product sooner actually to receive the product when I expected to get it according to how I ordered it however I challenged that and said that it wouldn’t be my responsibility since clearly I didn’t have good information as to why it wasn’t delivered appropriately. I challenged your representative to go back to UPS and get a good answer and he said that they generally give him a runaround that has not been my experience with UPS. They’ve been around a long time and they give good information which leads me to believe that perhaps you representative was responsible. All of that said I still don’t have my shirts that I ordered.

I wanted to explain what happened on our side. As soon as I received the package back, I called you to let you know and explained the situation to you. I also contacted UPS twice to get to the bottom of what had happened. UPS informed me that there was an issue with the shipping label and that they could not locate a label on the package. However, they shipped it back to me. Which was strange
When I went to reprint the shipping label, I noticed that the address on the label was the same address that had originally been provided. The UPS representative advised me to ship the order out again.
When I told you that I was going to reship your order, you requested Next Day Air shipping. I explained that Next Day Air would cost extra. However, I did not send you an additional invoice or charge you for that shipping cost. I still went ahead and shipped your order again because I wanted to do everything possible to make the situation right for you.
We sincerely regret that you have had to deal with this situation. We did everything within our power to investigate the issue, communicate with you, and get your order back out to you.
We also respect your right to leave an honest review based on your experience. We are not asking you to change your experience or your opinion. We wanted to explain what happened and let you know that we genuinely tried our best to resolve the situation.
