Black Friday and Cyber Monday (November 27–30, 2026) are the two highest-volume shirt-selling days of the year for small apparel sellers — and also the two days when out-of-state DTF suppliers get buried in backorders. If your transfer supplier is shipping from Texas or California, a "3-5 business day" quote in November can easily become a "we'll have it after Black Friday" email.
That's the gap a local Chicago printer closes: same-day production means you can place an order on a Tuesday and be pressing shirts by Wednesday, not waiting out the holiday rush.

For resellers, the math is simple — buy blank t-shirts starting at $3.50/pc, and pair them with a DTF gang sheet so you're printing multiple designs on one sheet instead of paying per single transfer. - Recommended order window: place your bulk Black Friday order by mid-November — not because production is slow (it isn't), but because your own press time and packaging time for customer orders gets tight once Black Friday sales start coming in. Don't be pressing blanks the morning of the 27th.
