How fast do you ship?
Same-day for orders before 11 AM CT. After = next day. Chicago pickup available. 1-3 day delivery nationwide. Free shipping $120+.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums ever. Single 2ft sheet ($15) or 100 sheets. $0 setup fees.
Bulk/wholesale pricing?
Auto-discounts: 2-4 sheets=5%, 5-9=10%, 10-19=15%, 20+=20%. Applied at checkout.
Files & Artwork
What file format?
PNG with transparent background recommended. Also JPG, PDF, PSD, AI at 300 DPI min.
White background will print?
Yes — everything in your file prints. Use PNG with transparent background.
Canva transparent background?
File → Download → PNG → Check "Transparent background" → Download.
Do I mirror my design?
No. Do NOT mirror. We handle mirroring in production.

Gang Sheet vs By Size vs Upload?
Gang Sheet: Best value, arrange multiple designs. By Size: Simplest, one design, pre-cut. Upload: For pros with ready files.
DTF vs UV DTF?
DTF: For fabric (shirts, hoodies). Heat press needed. UV DTF: Hard surfaces only (tumblers, mugs). Peel & stick, no heat.
What is cold peel?
Wait until transfer is completely cool before peeling. Smoother, more vibrant, softer.
Pressing
Do I need a heat press?
Recommended ($150-300 starter). No press? EZ Print House handles everything from $8/shirt.
Transfer peeling after wash?
Check: temp too low, pressure too light, peeled too early, no final press with parchment. Wash inside out, cold.
How durable?
100+ wash tested. Wash inside out, cold water, hang dry.
